Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to your door.Working days for processing orders and deliveries are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays.Deliveries direct from our suppliers should be notified to you via email with a tracking link. DPD will offer a one hour time slot and you are able to request delivery to a Drop-Off point or with a neighbour. Internet deliveries normally occur between 8am and 6pm.
Delivery of items arranged via one of our stores are subject to different terms and will be notified to you, and agreed at time of order.
If this affects your order we will confirm you are happy to proceed with your order by e-mail or telephone. Alternatively we will deliver to your work address or to a neighbour where stipulated. If you are not at home when our courier delivers your order, they will leave a card for you to call them to arrange a more convenient delivery time. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery if required, we will not leave your order without a signature confirming the goods have been delivered.
